Cancellation Policy

Cancellations (via: text, email, or call) for any counseling appointment must be made at least one hour before the scheduled time. After that, you will be charged $20 (even for a free appointment). If there is still no notification of cancellation after 3 days, then the counselee will be charged at the full $35 rate for a session and their regular time slot will be cancelled (open for others to schedule in it).
